General Assembly

The OptiForValue General Assembly (GeA) is the decision-making body of OptiForValue and consists of one representative from each project participant. It oversees the oversees project activities (e.g. proposed changes to workplan, background issues), finances (changes to budget), IPR decisions, and consortium evolution. The GeA is tasked with inviting members to other committees and integrating recommendations from those boards.
