OptiDemo: Case studies for optimised value chains

Lead by Luke Natural Resources Institute (Luke), WP5 OptiDemo’s overall objective is to demonstrate the practical benefits of methods and solutions developed in other work packages (WPs) towards maximising value in forestry-wood chains. These approaches will be tested in four regional case studies (CS) to verify their positive impact on achieving more flexible and sustainable forest management practices, enhancing the resilience and agility of forests and value chains, increasing wood value recovery and delivery, and safeguarding social, economic, and environmental values.
